Our apartment should be a second home to You. They should be able to feel comfortable and rest. We have made a lot of effort with the establishment and hope that you will find everything you need. The following House rules are intended to provide a support for a harmonious stay. We have also listed some rules that we hope you will understand. By a proper treatment of the apartment, you will also help us in the future to offer you and other guests satisfactory premises.
If you miss anything in the facility or if you need help, please feel free to contact Us. All the things that are in the apartment or on the balcony are allowed and should be used by the Guests. Please take care with the entire furnishings and inventory and treat the rental property carefully. We would like to point out that it is not allowed to accommodate additional, unregistered guests in the apartment or to have them overnight.
Please take care with the kitchen equipment and the technical Equipment. Since a polluted kitchen does not delight anyone, please put crockery, pots and cutlery only in clean and dry condition into the CUPBOARDS. Please do not place hot pots or other hot items on the tables or worktop without a coaster. Always use a cutting board as a base for cutting.
Please leave the interior of the oven and microwave in a clean condition.
No one deliberately corrupts things, but it can happen to anyone that breaks something. We would be delighted to inform you of the damage caused and we will not notice it after your departure at the final cleaning. The tenant is liable for damages, in the amount of the replacement Costs.
In order to avoid mould formation, we ask you to ventilate the rooms sufficiently, at least 1x shock ventilation on the day for 5-10 min and especially after showering.
1.5 Duty of care
We ask our guests to treat the rented property with care and to ensure that passengers and relatives also comply with the rental Conditions. The front door should be closed in principle, which is mainly Should be respected when leaving the House. In addition, All windows should be closed when leaving the apartment in order to avoid possible damage due to severe weather or burglary. The water and electricity resources must be handled sparingly.
The waste is separated by residual, glass, paper, metal and plastic packaging. Appropriate containers are Available. Trash cans in the bathroom or Please use the toilet only with garbage bags and dispose of it in the residual waste bin. In the kitchen sink, the toilet, the sink and the shower, no waste, food residues, harmful liquids or similar can be thrown or Be poured!
Avoid anything that can lead to clogging of the pipes (no hygienic articles or Wet wipes in the toilet). Please also refer to the leaflet on waste separation in the appendix.
If you happen to have a mishap (extreme dirt, liquids on the floor or work surfaces, etc.), we ask you to remove it immediately. We ask you to leave the apartment at your departure swept and to clean all the used dishes in the cupboards again. To fill the dishwasher and turn it On. 1.8 Rest Periods

There is a wireless internet connection in the Apartment. Please ask us for the access Code. The use of the Internet with your own wlan-enabled terminal (notebook, pda, smartphone etc.) via the WLAN connection is free of charge for the Tenant. You use the Internet at your own risk, the landlord excludes all liability in connection with the Internet use of the Tenant.
Smoking is not allowed in the Apartment. Please leave the apartment to smoke or use the Balcony. Please dispose of the completely cooled cigarette residues in
The garbage Bin. The apartment is equipped with smoke detectors, so we ask you to observe the absolute smoking ban inside the House.
1.11 Domestic Animals
Pets are not Allowed.
1.12 Parking Facilities
It can be parked directly in front of the house where the apartment is Located. This does not result in a custody contract. The landlord shall not be liable for loss or damage to the property of vehicles that are placed on the grounds or to the site and their contents, except in the case of intent or gross Negligence.
In case of immediately necessary repairs it is imperative that the landlord has to enter the apartment without the knowledge of the Guest.
1.14 Ski Depot
In the basement there is a ski locker where you can deposit and dry your skis and boots.
Please never leave the keys out of your HANDS. A loss of the keys is to be reported immediately and the guest is liable up to the amount of the replacement Costs.
The landlord is not liable for valuables of the Guest.
1.17 Arrival and departure
Arrival is by Arrangement.
On the day of Departure:
In order to allow the next guests to enter a clean apartment at the same time, please leave the apartment on the day of departure until 10 o'clock. When you leave, the apartment should look the way you found it.
By booking The apartment we assume that the House rules are Recognized.
